But the video I took of it looks really cool!! I think it was a butter sauce for a salmon dish. It wasn’t an anime food, otherwise you’d see it on my blog. But it was so good! I liked making this sauce because of the bubbles! They just come right back even if you whisk them away. Maybe it’s childish to be so amazed by this, but I think it’s so cool and so weird looking!
